Fat Head Pizza: the dairy free keto way!

Ingredients

Crust
  • 175 ml (100 g) almond flour (ground almond)
  • 30g Asda Free from Cheddar Alternative
  • 30g Coconut Milk (canned)
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • olive oil to grease your hands
Toppings
  • 225 g fresh italian sausage (I used pepperoni)
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter
  • 125 ml unsweetened tomato sauce
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 15g Asda Free from Cheddar Alternative
